Hi, I'm Dikssha

I am a full-stack product designer, building great things for all people

Currently, I am building Fund+ at Sydecar, the next generation of fund management for emerging VCs, in San Fransisco. Our mission is to standardize, automate, and disrupt tedious processes like compliance, banking, and reporting to build a scalable platform and sustainable business model that simplifies private investing.

I graduated from the dual-degree MBA+MS Design Innovation (MMM, ‘triple em’) program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. There I majored in marketing with a focus on product, building strategic and analytical skills through projects with Adobe, McDonald’s, and Adroitsquare.

Previously, I led the award-winning QuickBooks Cashflow team at Intuit, growing the business 40% YoY MAU.

About me

Growing up, my favorite thing to do was watch documentaries about how things were made. I loved learning about why Nemo was a clown fish why every Pringle is the same. I remember when my mother, a self taught interior designer, asked me to measure all my books so she could design a bookcase that fit just right. I became obsessed with figuring out why things were built the way that they were and dove deep into the intersection between design,  engineering, and business through books like Zero-to-One and iWoz.

Years later, I went to the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta and found what became the cornerstone of my career: Design is everything. Everything is design.

I interned as a graphic designer at POLITICO and then found my footing as a product designer at Intuit. I led the award-winning QuickBooks Cashflow team at Intuit, growing the business 40% YoY MAU. I developed an expertise in B2B and AI/ML and discovered my passion for working with people in highly collaborative environments.

Then, I graduated from the dual-degree MBA+MS Design Innovation (MMM, ‘triple em’) program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. There I majored in marketing with a focus on product, building strategic and analytical skills through projects with Adobe, McDonald’s, and Adriotsquare.

Outside of work I drink coffee, look at art, and cook elaborate meals. Not always in that order and sometimes I do all three at once. I also swim, golf, and write in my blog.
