Hi, I'm Dikssha
I build great things for all humans
I’ve worked on every stage of the process, from concept to launch, including research, ideation, and testing. I excel at turning complex ideas into elegant solutions and am deeply passionate about storytelling.
My expertise is in designing for AI/ML, and collaborating with large, multi-functional, and distributed product teams. With experience at Intuit, Adobe, and an MBA+MS in Design Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management, I am an all-rounded product person who combines the best of design, technology, and business.
Currently, I am looking for product management, product design, or hybrid product roles on design-minded teams with lofty business goals.

Things I am most proud of
Launched Intuit’s first cryptocurrency product; directed a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and lawyers, completed $84,000 of Bitcoin purchases in first 30 days
Designed A/B tests to improve payment funnel conversion in underperforming geographies; examined internal payment conversion data and ideated improvements with an estimated annual recurring revenue of $1.5M
Conceptualized a system of 7 AI/ML models to generate actionable insights by collaborating with data scientists; grew monthly active users by 40%, team received Scott Cook Innovation Award
About me
Growing up, I always ran on two tracks – creative and technical. I would spend hours defining the best information architecture for my Tumblr blog and many more hours coloring in my chemistry diagrams. I memorized Zero-to-One and also took life drawing classes.
Years later, I would find a mantra at the Savanah College of Art and Design that became the cornerstone of my career: Design is everything. Everything is design.
Since then, I have grown from a novice designer to an all-round product person. I led an award-winning team at Intuit for four years and then joined the MBA+MS Design Innovation (MMM, ‘triple em’) program at Kellogg Northwestern to become a strategic thinker and business leader. I spent the summer at Adobe, as a PM intern defining new payment strategies and optimizing the conversion funnel. Most recently, I worked with McDonald’s in a business innovation project to reduce the perception of wait time in retail experiences.
Currently, I am looking for product management, product design, or hybrid product roles on design-minded teams with lofty business goals.
Outside of work I drink coffee, look at art, and cook elaborate meals. Not always in that order and sometimes I do all three at once. I also play golf and write in my blog.
